Kuwait Finance House - Bahrain (KFH-Bahrain) welcomed a group of students from the University of Bahrain participating in inJAz Bahrain's 'Company' programme, an initiative that enables students to acquire well-informed understanding of the work environment and instil entrepreneurial skills in them. The students were placed in various departments throughout the Bank during a two-week internship programme. The students were given the opportunity to learn about each department's responsibilities, gain insights into their day-to-day operations and learn how to deal with daily challenges. Commenting on KFH-Bahrain's participation in inJAz Bahrain's "Company" internship programme, Sattam Algosaibi, Executive Manager at KFH-Bahrain commented, "This is a unique experience for the students as they can connect what they have learned in the "Company" programme and see it being applied first-hand.
