In-line with the Banks commitment to help promote the community, Kuwait Finance House - Bahrain (KFH-Bahrain), announced its sponsorship of Bahrain's Holy Quran Radio Station 106.1 FM. The Holy Quran Radio Station, broadcasts recitals from the Holy Quran and Islamic programmes around the clock and has generated huge interest among listeners both locally and across the region. The station's popularity is largely due to the focus it gives on critical religious, social, and cultural issues in a structured manner that draws from Islamic values and principles. According to the sponsorship agreement, KFH-Bahrain will sponsor two of the leading programmes on the station; namely "Al Deen wa Al Hayat" (Religion and Life) and "Al Safara Al Keram Al Bararah" (Written by the Hand of Scribals, Noble & Righteous).
