Kuwait Finance House-Bahrain (KFH-Bahrain) has announced the launch of its online eBanking services, enhancing the range of services currently available to its customers. The online service, www.kfhbonline.com, will provide KFH-Bahrain retail customers with the added advantage of securely accessing account balances, transfers between accounts within the bank as well as with other local or international banks, and the facility to open and manage their deposits. Moreover, clients will be able to personalise their electronic statements, view detailed statements of their credit and "Baytik Ijara" cards as well as cheques. Payments for mobile and credit cards can now be made online in addition to viewing the latest facilities offered by KFH-Bahrain, all at their own convenience. Mr. Abdulhakeem Alkhayyat, Managing Director and CEO of KFH-Bahrain, commented "Bahrain consumers have now become increasingly familiar and comfortable with virtual banking services, whether it is telebanking or via the Internet. Consumers are now even accepting their bills in paperless form, such as a fully electronically delivered bill together with a fully electronic payment option in addition to viewing and managing their accounts conveniently. The new eBanking service is certified by SSL certification from Network Solutions, a subsidiary of VeriSign, USA, which provides full protection for customers' information and transactions under the highest level of data encryption. As part of the Bank's initiatives to enhance its customers banking experience, KFH-Bahrain is constantly striving to recognise opportunities to make a real difference to its customers. Corporate Accounts are soon to be included on the eBanking website, while SMS banking and IVR telebanking services will also be introduced in the near future.
