Kuwait Finance House – Bahrain honored 3 of its employees in the "Fursan Baytik” Employee Recognition Program for their outstanding contributions to the Bank during the fourth quarter of 2015. The employees were selected based on selection criteria that relate to performance and achievements both in the workplace and during their time outside the office. At an award ceremony held at the KFH-Bahrain headquarters, Mr. Abdulhakeem Alkhayyat, the Managing Director and CEO together with Executive and Senior Managers at KFH-Bahrain presented the three employees with awards and certificates of appreciation. The awarded employees for the fourth quarter of 2015 were Mr. Khaled Murtadha Al Rayes who received the ‘Leadership’ Award, Mr. Aman Ullah Khan who received the ‘Smart Performance’ Award, and Mr. Hamad Abdulla Yateem received the ‘Teamwork’ Award. During the Award ceremony, Mr. Abdulhakeem Alkhayyat, commented "We at Kuwait Finance House - Bahrain are proud of the outstanding performance of all our staff.” The awarded employees have made significant and outstanding contributions, and the Bank is keen to recognize the excellent efforts and achievements of its team members." Also commenting on this occasion, Mr. Yousif Al Hammadi, Executive Manager and Head of the HR Department at KFH-Bahrain, commented “We, at Kuwait Finance House – Bahrain consider our employees a part of a large and close family and an important pillar of the organization’s success." Mr. Al Hammadi further pointed out that "honoring outstanding employees in the Bank is an ongoing process in recognition of the efforts of our staff towards providing better services to our customers." The Fursan Baytik Employee Recognition Program aims to honor and appreciate the achievements of employees in the Bank based on a set of criteria that considers their performance both during work and in their own time out of the office in order to motivate them and develop their potential. Candidates for the award are recognized for various areas of high performance including having a positive attitude towards work and colleagues, providing an outstanding level of service to customers, leadership, innovation, teamwork and active participation in team achievement. Employees are nominated every quarter from the various departments within the Bank and a Selection Committee selects employees who fall within the pre-defined criteria. The committee also considers employee's achievements outside work such as pursuing and attaining professional certificates or academic degrees in order to motivate them for self-development.
