Kuwait Finance House - Bahrain (KFH-Bahrain) announced its support to the "I Am Bahrain" Campaign organized by the Youth Committee at the Supreme Council for Women (SCW). The youth initiative was driven by the directives of Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Wife of His Majesty the King and the SCW Chairperson, who, during a meeting last February, highlighted the importance of the role played by Bahraini youth in consolidating the principles of true citizenship, fraternity and solidarity as outlined by Islam. "I Am Bahrain" Campaign aims to promote national belonging and unity with an objective of restoring the principles of national cohesion of the Bahraini society. It encourages a peaceful co-existence, tolerance, solidarity, respect of others' opinions and adherence to freedom of expression within the constitutional framework. Mr. Abdulhakeem Alkhayyat, the Managing Director and CEO of KFH - Bahrain, commented "after the recent events that our beloved Kingdom has witnessed over the past few months, thanks to Allah Almighty and the Kingdom's wise leadership, Bahrain is recovering and returning back to normal. I am proud of this national campaign organised by the youth of Bahrain who I admire for their confidence and optimism. I ask Allah Almighty to grant them every success in their efforts for the good of the Kingdom and I would like to pay tribute to the vision of HRH Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, for a better future for Bahrain and its citizens". On this occasion, HE Hala Al Ansari, Secretary General of the Supreme Council for Women thanked KFH - Bahrain for their generous support and emphasized the importance of the role played by the private sector in supporting youth initiatives, particularly those targeting national unity.
