Kuwait Finance House – Bahrain, announced the launch of exclusive offerings, discounts and promotional services to all its clients who are employed as workers of the Ministry of Health, the BDF Hospital and King Hamad University Hospital, as well as volunteers in the frontlines who are performing important roles in combatting the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in Bahrain.
These exclusive offers allow clients to receive facilities and assistance through customer service representatives by telephone. They also enable them to obtain low profit rate financing for all their needs, including auto finance, personal finance, and real estate finance as part of the social housing program scheme “Mazaya”, in addition to free Private Banking services. Upon registering via the application form which is available via KFH–Bahrain social media channels (@kfh.Bahrain), the Bank will verify the information provided and add the client to the list of beneficiaries of the exclusive offers.
Commenting on this initiative, Mr. Khalid Al-Maarafi, Executive Manager and Head of Retail Banking Group at KFH-Bahrain said, “We are pleased to launch this initiative to reward our clients who are working strenuously on the frontlines. As an initial stage, the eligible front-liners include medical staff at public hospitals, BDF Hospital, King Hamad University Hospital, plus active volunteers from the National COVID-19 Taskforce serving the Kingdom. In the meantime, we are conducting an extensive research to open doors for more employees that are sacrificing most of their time to serve their country and community, as our aim is to satisfy the needs of all front-liners to this exclusive package. We see this initiative as our patriotic duty and a corporate social responsibility of the Bank”.
“This innovative initiative aims at urging and encouraging all citizens to uphold the principle of community partnership and in appreciation of the efforts made by front-line workers who are fighting against the spread of Coronavirus. It also aims to encourage all clients to register through our digital channels to take advantage of the exclusive offers”, he added.
