Kuwait Finance House - Bahrain announced the launch of a comprehensive services for the clients with special needs by equipping the Bank Branch in Muharraq with all supported services to meet their banking services, commencing from 1st January 2017. The Bank has trained a number of the Branch staff on the Signs Language to assist the clients with Deaf disability and produced a completed system to produce Applications in “Brielle”. The Branch has more features to the Automated Teller Machine at the same Bank, all to assist the clients to get their banking transactions done. Kuwait Finance House-Bahrain has made the entrance of the branch wheelchair friendly and allocated nearby car parks for client who used Wheelchairs. As well as updating the priority service system to ensure that the Customer Services is provided to them and they received their fast services. Mr. Hassan Bu Ali, Senior Manager of Branches Network in Kuwait Finance House-Bahrain commented: “In terms of our social and moral duty towards people with special needs, we are dedicated to the development of banking services offered by the Bank its clients of the entire society including our clients with special needs. We have worked closely with the Bahrain Central Bank to provide these services according to the regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain and we will continue to strive to develop them."
