Kuwait Finance House – Bahrain announced the launch of an educational Shari’a compliant financing program aimed to support payments towards university programs. The financing program comes with an exclusive 2 year profit-accruing grace period which includes financing of up to BD 30,000 at a low profit rate, subject to terms and conditions. The program is designed to have a total repayment period that extends over seven years, including the grace period.
The University Education Financing Program supports customers during these tough times who find it difficult to finance their children’s higher education, by easing their financial burden. The aforementioned program will also expand the scope of the Bank’s products and services to include all segments of society, and enhance its presence in the local market.
On the occasion of the launch of the program, Mr. Hamed Mashal, Head of Retail Banking at KFH–Bahrain said: “We are pleased to introduce the university education financing program, which will provide finance for our customers to facilitate the completion of the required university education program in order to bring students one step closer to achieving their career aspirations.
