Demonstrating its commitment to support educational programmes in the Kingdom, Kuwait Finance House - Bahrain (KFH-Bahrain) announced its gold sponsorship of the 2nd Leaders for Excellence Conference to be held at the University of Bahrain, Sakhir Campus between the 13th and 15th of April 2010. The conference is held under the patronage of his H.H. Shaikh Nasser Bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Royal Charity Association and will attract more than 2,000 participating students. The conference aims to promote the importance of leadership to achieve success. It will benefit from the participation of over 20 prominent speakers and specialists with expertise in the field of youth education. The speakers will each present their views on personal leadership skills to depict what characteristics are required from an effective leader and focus on the constraints and challenges they may face. The conference will also address how to provide the proper environment to nurture confidence among young people and thus enable them to contribute to the development of the country. Commenting on KFH-Bahrain's support, Mr. Abdulhakeem Alkhayyat, Managing Director and CEO of KFH-Bahrain said, "This conference provides a perfect platform for Bahraini youth to learn more about leadership and how to apply it to further the growth of themselves and the economy.
