Kuwait Finance House (KFH) – Bahrain announced the launch of its official WhatsApp Business service to facilitate user-friendly communication with clients and seamlessly receive their queries and applications.
The new service will be available to receive queries throughout the day, facilitating communication with clients and providing them with enhanced banking services. KFH – Bahrain will also provide additional new and diverse banking services in the near future as part of the Bank’s ongoing efforts to cater to the banking requirements of all its clients.
The current WhatsApp Business service deployment phase will be essentially limited to real estate financing transactions as part of Mazaya Social Housing Finance Scheme, which is extended by the Bank in line with its strategic partnership with the Ministry of Housing.
Commenting on this event, Mr. Khalid Al-Maarafi, KFH – Bahrain Executive Manager and Head of Retail & Private Banking, said: “Our launch of this service, which targets all clients, comes as part of the Bank’s initiatives to boost digital interaction with all KFH-Bahrain. This application, which is the best and fastest user-friendly secure chat application, also helps the Bank bolster its performance by better communicating with its clients and allowing them at the same time to ask questions about the Bank’s Mazaya and real estate financing service offerings”.
Al-Maarafi added: “With our ongoing implementation of the digital transformation strategy in all domains, and our commitment to focusing our efforts on maximizing benefits from the state of the art technology, this service consolidates the Bank’s leadership in innovative banking services and affirms its resolve to reach out to its growing client base. This service is also part and parcel of the Bank’s unrelenting efforts to improve client experience and serve them in more interactive and accessible ways using a simple, secure and reliable communication medium”.
