Kuwait Finance House (KFH) – Bahrain announced the launch of a new promotional campaign for a limited period of time, targeting the Bank’s Bahraini clients who receive real estate financing under the Mazaya Social Housing Scheme provided by the Ministry of Housing in collaboration with KFH – Bahrain.
Through this campaign, KFH – Bahrain will conduct three monthly draws to award three winners each with a mega prize covering a full year’s installment of their finance. The campaign will benefit all qualified clients who have reserved their homes and completed booking their financial facility with the Bank during the period from1st of July to 30th September 2020.
In addition, KFH – Bahrain also announced a special offer to Mazaya Social Housing clients to provide them with easy and attractive financing solutions at special rates. The offer includes a grace period of up to six months, with no administration fees on additional financing covering the property value. It also includes fire insurance coverage throughout the term of the financing, as well as competitively low profit rates and flexible payment terms over a period of up to 25 years. Prospective clients who wish to buy their dream homes can receive financing of up to BD 120 thousand.
On this occasion, Mr. Khalid Al-Maarafi, KFH – Bahrain Executive Manager and Head of Retail and Private Finance, said: “We have launched this new campaign to reward our new Mazaya clients buying their dream homes with a first-of-its-kind mega prize offering. Winners will have their installments covered by the Bank for a period of 12 months, along with the current special offer by the Bank, under the Mazaya Social Housing Scheme, to ensure the utmost comfort and flexibility as a reward for our valued customers. This campaign helps to bolster the Bank’s strength and boost its competitiveness in the market while rewarding our valued customers”.
Al-Maarafi added: “Our emphasis is also to stress the importance of ensuring the convenience and satisfaction of our clients, first and foremost, which has always been our main objective and the key of our ongoing efforts aimed at providing the most rewarding promotional offers to the full contentment of all our clients, as the Bank continues to innovatively launch promotional campaigns to promptly cater to all client needs. In keeping with current situation, we have launched the first phase of our WhatsApp service allowing Mazaya clients to inquire and apply for Mazaya financing, which reduces the need to visit the Bank and further expedite the application process, while aiming to provide total ease and convenience to our valued clients”.
