Meena Tower Company

With a holding of 60%, KFH-Bahrain entered into a business venture with other notable investors in Bahrain to form the Meena Tower Company for the purpose of developing Meena Tower real estate project. The design is conceptualized by world famous architects, creating a structure blending modern and intricate designs reflecting the Arabic architectural heritage.

A successful marketing and sales campaign resulted in almost 66% of the project being sold. The development, to be completed at an estimated cost of BD 5.4 Million, will consist of a total of 240 apartment units in a cluster of 7 residential towers in the south side of the Town Centre of the Al Marsa Floating City residential marina, at the Amwaj Islands in Bahrain. First phase of the project is scheduled to be delivered to buyers during the first half of 2007.
