In an effort to maintain and strengthen communication lines, Kuwait Finance House – Bahrain (KFH-Bahrain) introduced a new monthly initiative whereby 20 randomly selected staff from the Bank are given an opportunity, to spend a full day out with the Bank’s Managing Director and CEO.

Kuwait Finance House – Bahrain (KFH-Bahrain), announced today its sponsorship of the “Banks in Bahrain” reception, that took place on 8th October 2010 at the Mandarin Hotel in Washington D.C.. The prestigious reception, organized by the Bahrain Association of Banks (BAB) was held during the Annual Meetings of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank Group.

Professor Awarded for Outstanding Contributions to Islamic Finance at Gala Dinner
5th September 2009, Manama, Bahrain: H.E. Rasheed Al Maraj, Governor of the Central Bank of Bahrain, along with Mr. Abdulhakeem Alkhayyat MD and CEO of Kuwait Finance House - Bahrain, presented Professor Simon Archer with a special award to recognise his contributions to the field of Islamic Finance. The award was presented at a prestigious gala dinner on October 3rd, 2010 at the Ritz Carlton, Bahrain.
